I've never whippeed Whipping Cream to make it thick to use for fill or anything. I lost my wire whip for my KA. can i use my paddle? or should/can i use my hand held mixer w/ my wire whips? Trying to make a strawberry fill for a WASC today. Firsts for both for me!

put your whips and bowl in fridge or freezer for a bit before you start whipping. Better and faster results
