Help Help... Made Mmf But Its Very Hard, What To Do?

So I followed the article on how to make & decorate with MMF. I followed instructions but the MMF feels very hard & breaks easily. WHat am I suppose to do?? Pls someone help asap

Maybe try heating it in the microwave for like 10 seconds at a time? Ive had where its hard but not where it breaks. HTH!

I've had that happen and ended up throwing it out! Were your marshmellow to hat when you added the PS? I found that this is what i as doing when my MMF was hard. Make sure they have cooled.

After microwaving it make sure you knead it really good.And if it's still breaks,it might be too dry if so add a little shortening.
