Hey Ladies...
Just wanted to know if anyone has any advice on great cake dec courses that run in australia?
I've done a course at the local community college, but i've been looking at the wilton website and wishing we had something like this in australia.
Any help would be great....

I'm saving my pennies for a Planet Cake course! They're based in Sydney but are looking at running courses around Aus in 2009

wiscue, whereabout in Australia are you?
We have guild in every state that run workshop, demo, etc.
Some comunity house run cake decorating class.
