We just purchased a display case cooler for our shop and will be offering reg and mini size cupcakes for sale made fresh daily to go starting Jan 09. Sysco foods has found us a packaging co that will be supplying our clear containers for both sizes in 1/2 doz and mini 1 doz we will also sell individual cupcakes. Getting excited about this and hoping it all goes well since there isnt any one that sells cupcakes in our area. The printer is working on a label design for us, gave them an idea of what we wanted and let them go for it and see what they come up with. Hoping to have everthing in place by mid Dec then were off to Calif with my daughter and her family for Christmas at Disneyland.
Congrats Sharon! Sounds like you are on your way to having some fun with not only the cupcakes but with your daughter and her family at Disneyland. Cupcakes are very popular and sell well. Have fun and keep us posted on how it all progresses!
