I'm looking for a good caramel glaze that I can use for pouring or dipping. Regular caramel icing firms up way too fast -- anybody have a solution? Thanks in advance...

I make a carmel cream cheese roll (like a pumpkin roll) and I use carmel ice cream topping to drizzle over the roll before cutting. It doesn't firm up the way that icing does and it tastes great!! icon_lol.gif
