A friend and I are looking into opening a shop in a rented, retail space. Does any one have advice to share of what they would recommend and/or change with regards to kitchen set-up, display area, etc. You can never learn too much so all comments are welcome. Thanks!!
I dont have an answer for you, but best of luck with the shop. Keep us posted as to when you open your doors. Im out near Chambersburg alot, so if your close I could always swing by.
