Well, I am finally getting married the day before Thanksgiving in Cenntienal CO. We moved here 3 years ago but are going back for Thanksgiving and decided to tie the knot while we are there.
( We have only been together 10 years) Didn't want to rush anything 
I need someone that would be willing to talk to me about a cake for about 50 people. Since I bake for a living myself it is hard for me not to be able to make my cake..............but, I remember baking in CO and due to the alltitude would not want the stress of doing it myself.
Let me know if you are interested...........just something simple but classy.

My sister is in Denver and her wedding cake was delicious! It was one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever had. I will find out her contact info. I believe they were married in Conifer. Not sure of all the cities and their relation in the area though!
Yep, that darn altitude. I made wedding cake cookies as favors for her and they were more like wedding pancake cookies. Darn things spread like crazy. Oh well, still tasted great.
