i love this cake and want to attempt making it, my decorating skills are hopefullu up to it, but i don't know whether to start at the bottom and work my way up, or start at the top and work my way down, can anyone help me?, thanks

It looks to me as though each tier is covered independently of each other, just as you would put fondant on any other tiered cake.

Alana's right. I mean put the bows on after stacking. I most always start with the biggest tier but it's just a personal choice.
