Bakels and Satin Ice good tasting fondants that don't really need flavoring. WIlton's need flavoring. The best thing I've found to flavor any brand of fondant is the candy oils. They have a more intense flovor and don't have any water in them to make the fondant sticky. Lorann oils have the best selection of flavors.
