Do any of all set a minimum charge for a cake?

And on a 8 in 2 layer cake how many servings do you say that is?

My minimum order is $100.00. That would be for an 8" cake nicely decorated and covered in buttercream and then rolled fondant with a custom cake board.

An 8" cake is 20 servings to me.

Not necessarily a minimum order, but I won't do a 6" cake as a stand alone order and my smallest sheet is 11x15.
