Sure. Used some last week. For a small amount: 100 grams of isomalt + 12 grams of glucose/corn syrup. Heat stirring until melted and then heat not stirring to 320 F. Plunge bottom of pot into cold water to stop the cooking. Pour onto Silpat and then shape or pull. You can also use it for spun sugar.
Be careful because your'e working with extremely hot sugar. if you get this on your skin you will immediately - and I mean immediately be badly burned.
You can also use it for a blown sugar item, but I'm not very accomplished with sugar blowing.
