I have an order for a Tinkerbell cake and this is my first time.... What is the best way to make it.

I made this one for my niece. It is a 10X10X4. I used light purple bc for the base and green vines/leaves using tip#3 and #352 (I think that's the leaf tip). I then used #104 to make the pink flower for the center and trimmed it with leaves. The topper is the top off of a bubble bath bottle from WalMart.
