How do i make peach filling?
and what kind of cake would compliment it? Yellow?
one more question... if i use peaches from a can, cant i just cook it until the juices get a little thicker. almost like a pie filling? of course i would i would have to use corn starch to help thicken it up

You can also use peach preserves straight from the jar. Yellow cake would be my choice.
