Ohhh im having such a serious bout of cake envy! just got the Confetti Cakes book from the library OMG!! i could just eat the whole book, its adorable, the cakes are literally works of art. I would seriously recommend this book, the colour combinations alone are worth getting it for.

Also the Crabapple Bakery cupcake book is absolutly beautful. im practising their signature swirl tomorow.

Its books like this and the pics on this site that make me want to get better and better (but also makes me very jealous - lol)

You should get the new Sylvia Weinstock book, it is amazing, but nothing I would ever be able to do.

That's funny. I've had the Confetti cake book from my library for about 3 months. I love just looking thru it. One day... I'll be able to make cakes like that.
