Never in a million years did I think one of my cakes would be in a magazine - especially "Wedding Cakes-A Design Source" but I just got word that the submission of my daughter's wedding cake has been included in the next issue due out Oct. 30th! Someone catch me - I'm going to pass out! Everything I've learned is a credit to CC and all the great people here that share their time and talent!! Thanks!
That's wonderful and you made a beautiful cake and deserve to be published for it.

Oh my gosh! I found you again!!!! I saved your cake to my computer last year and didn't take note of your name! I even have the original one you did too. I used them both as inspiration when I made my sisters cake a year ago so here's a belated THANK YOU!!!! and also a huge CONGRATULATIONS! How exciting!

Thanks everyone for the congrats! This news came at a great time as life as thrown me a curve ball - I'm having a "mass of cells" removed from my breast next Friday and of course hoping for a no cancer result so this bit of news about Steph's cake has really got me dancing!
The DH said he'd have to widen the doors to get my big head through them! The magazine is very beautiful and well done and anyone can submit their professional slides, CD or photos of original wedding cakes. It cost me about $14 to mail the photos over to the UK and because I live in the US, they cannot return my photos. They aslo have a section called "Cutting The Cake" and I submitted my DD and her new hubby doing that so I'm hoping that they are in the magazine as well. I'm just dying to get a copy. It is Issue 29 and Border's or Barns & Nobles is the only places I've been able to find it in the states. Thanks to the poster who offered to mail me a copy - I appreciate the gesture! I'm just giddy right now!

I Am praying your cells will be negative. I have had cancer return 7 times in the last 9 years. the good side was it got me into cakes. And I love it...
Can you send me info on how to submit some of my cakes, and what the magazine is.... I would love to see your cakes

I LUV this magz!! I've been subscribing for some time and the work is incredible. I've seen a handfuld of CC'ers cake in there.
