Okay, Banba, if you're out there, you mentioned something about this. Does anybody know, I made sugar cookie dough sunday, and left it in refrigerator....didn't get back to it sunday night, Is it too late now? How long can it stay refrigerated?

WOW... I sure hope it's still good from morning to night. If not I am in FAT trouble!

You are talking NFSC? Or something close?

I sometimes have to make up three batches, store it in fridge in air tight tub for 12 to 24 hours. I try to roll it and freeze it before the 24 hour thing though.

Maybe I shouldn't have said that... hahaha icon_redface.gif
