Okay, so I think I am the disaster here... and my cake is about to be. I am just trying to make a simple carrot cake with cream cheese frosting but NOTHING is cooperating!! I am on my second attempt at the carrot cake, the first one crumbled as I took it out of the pan... But the problem now is that I tried to half the cream cheese icing recipe, but I forgot to half the salt!! Now it is REALLY salty!! Is there anything I can do to negate the salt, or do I just need to start over???
Add the rest of the ingredients for a full recipe, use what you can and freeze the rest.
