. . . I vaguely remember the cake you are talking about . . . but had no luck trying to track it down . . . here is another perfect example of why we all should be encouraged to add key words when posting in the gallery (so when someone tries to find it there is a way of doing so) . . . sorry I couldn't find what you're looking for . . . 
I haven't seen the particular cake you are speaking of...but, I did run across an alligator cake along with instructions. You could make this and then put the " T " in the gator's mouth.
