I am dragging my feet to start using Sweetex because I am sure we will have to give it up when everyone goes no trans fat in the future. But I just made some indydebys icing it is full of air holes. I like the no tranfs fat idea. I guess I think more about things like my health since I am alost fifty now. Can any one help me? I have to make this cake by Thursday. I probably will not get it to crust since I had to add more Crisco than it said and had to use a lot less powdered sugar. I live in a dry area.
