I am dragging my feet to start using Sweetex because I am sure we will have to give it up when everyone goes no trans fat in the future. But I just made some indydebys icing it is full of air holes. I like the no tranfs fat idea. I guess I think more about things like my health since I am alost fifty now. Can any one help me? I have to make this cake by Thursday. I probably will not get it to crust since I had to add more Crisco than it said and had to use a lot less powdered sugar. I live in a dry area.

I'm not sure what your question is, but I think air holes has more to do with how you make the icing, and now what you use to make it. If you have air hole problems then you need to try Sugarshacks technique for making bc. It's the BEST.
