Was just wondering if anyone could tell me what the shelf life of gingerbread cookies are and if they can be frozen?Thanks in advance
I have no idea of the shelf life as they get eaten too fast around here, but you can freeze them with no problem. I do it every year. (I bake cookies every day or so, for a month and a half before Christmas.)
