Hi. if you want to make the Panda stand, I would insert a dry speghetti from the neck to the bottom of the leg which he will be standing. Then, again I would insert another speghetti through the other leg (which he will putting up), so it connects to his tummy. But you need to put some sponge or something as a support and you need to leave it to dry completely. And also make sure you leave 1/2 inch of speghetti comes out from the neck, for you to insert the head.
