Ok I bought a couple coffe creamers and one that was a great flavor but is powdered. Anyone how to make it a liquid, I know you can but I dont know how much water (or other liquid) to add to it. Also how drastically does it affect the flavor (frostings, whie chocolate fondant. I really am looking for a wow factor.
The SugarShack DVD uses 1 cup hot water to 1 cup powdered coffee creamer. You have to mix it while the water's hot so it won't lump.
I always use liquid coffee creamers (flavoured) in all my icings. Now, I would never do without it. I use Irish Cream, French Vanilla, and Caramel as they are the most available flavours in my area.
