I am moving to a new space. It is not a shop but a legal kitchen that is larger than the one I have now. I need help designing the perfect commercial kitchen focused on baking. Can anyone help? I have searched the internet for hours and can't find something that would help with the layout and this is going to be a blank canvas at this point.

Thanks

I used floorplanner.com for my plans and the health department accepted them.

When I desgned ours, I used SmartDraw: http://www.smartdraw.com/

It was pretty easy to use and they had most of the kitchen graphics already resident in the program.

Best of luck!
