Hello, ladies! I have a question. I have a lady that wants me to make gluten free cookies (from a box mix).

Has any of used them for cutting out shapes? She wants me to decorate them like we do here, but I have never used the gluten free cookie mix from a box (or any gluten free recipe) and don't know if the mix will spread and not be good for cutting into shapes.

Any thoughts? Should I get a specific brand that's good for cut outs?

Thanks! icon_smile.gif

It does have special ingredients, not sure if you already have or have specially by them. I thought about giving my PB recipe a try rolling it out and using a cookie cutter but havent gotten that far.
1 egg
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of any style PB

Mix and cook on greased cookie sheet for 7-10
