I don't know either, I've tried, but I don't see a save button anywhere.

Hey Ya'll,
I figured it out! hahaha. Click on the picture so that you are seeing it in full view. under the picture it has an option to Add to Favorites Album. and click it. then it will be in your My Photos on the left hand side.
