I have to get my ad finished this week for the local bridal mag. We did a photo shoot that was VERY "Chapel Hill" which is exactly what I wanted since deliering cakes all over creation is a huge pain...I can decide between these three images..I think they're all awesome. What makes you want to call us for your cake ?

#3, although I would love to see the picture bigger to get a better look at that cake.
i like the 3rd one, when they're cutting it, the 2nd one has the pole growing out the top of the cake!
At first I was going to say #2, but the I saw the petals(?) falling in the 3rd and thought that was really pretty. Beautiful cake and photography. The colors popped more in the 3rd picture as well.
I like #3 the best. I also would love to see the cake up close.
I agree with sweetcakes, the pole is a distraction.
I like them all.... but I think I like #2 the best. You can see the couple, but also get a closer view of the cake.... since it's the most important part of the ad.
I like # 2. I like the way it fills the frame. The cake is in the front which is want you want It gives emphasis (sp) on the cake The other two are great but the objects look alittle far away to me.
I like #2 also, same reasons as cakelady31, also, the wine bottle makes it too busy in the 1st one..
Although, they were all beautiful..
I like the #1 because the writing at the top is prominent aaaaaaand they're enjoying a piece of the once in a lifetime dessert. But there seems to be a rose petal(?) that is right at his mouth ...
I like #2 because of the prominent writing at the top but because they seem to be away from the cake and enjoying the bubbly it seems more like it is an ad about the occasion and not the dessert.
I know the ad is for a bridal magazine but the focus in YOUR ad should be the cake.
I like #3 because they're cutting into the once in a lifetime dessert. But the writing at the top isn't prominent enough(IMHO)
I vote #1...prominent writing at the top and the enjoyment of the cake...(maybe edit out that one petal at his mouth?)
I just looked again...I think what I was thinking was a petal at his mouth is the polish on her fingernail.
I like # 2. I like the way it fills the frame. The cake is in the front which is want you want It gives emphasis (sp) on the cake The other two are great but the objects look alittle far away to me.
I agree! #2 the cake is bigger and fills the frame better. I think hte bottle is very distracting in #1, and I don't care for the petals in the 3rd.
I like # 3 because of the reasons the others posted ... the pole and the wine bottle in the other two are a bit distracting. #3 really shows the cake off well!
i like the 3rd one, when they're cutting it, the 2nd one has the pole growing out the top of the cake!
Well crud. I liked the 2nd one until you pointed that out. OK-now I vote for #1
. . . I too was sold on the 2nd one until I noticed the pole . . . the cake is predominant in that photo, and after all that is what you are featuring . . . so, that being said my next choice would be the 3rd one . . .
All three ads are beautiful. IMHO...the wine bottle is distracting in
photo #1. the pole in #2 is placed wrong...it looks funny coming out of the top of the cake. My vote is for #3. The couple looks very happy, the rose petals falling adds a splash of color and I like the look of them cutting into the cake...as that is what you are advertising.
# 3 because their focus is on the cake, thus you naturally look at the cake. The other two, they are focused on each other eating and drinking...so you don't really focus on the cake.
