I make all my cakes with MMF.. now i want to do some work where the MMF will have to stand up, MMF dosnt dry or harden up like regular fondant.. so i was wondering if there is something i can add to MMF to make it harden up so i will keep its shape. Or am i better off just buying something like 'gumpaste' and shape that into what i need. What does gumpast tast like and what colour is it? never worked with it before.

I see some ppl add "Tylose" to fondant for it to harden.. what is that and where can u get it?
