Thanks to all with the great posts. I had been sifting for about a year now and have had great results. Did a test this weekend at cake group and only 3 others were sifting. Mixed in my KA one sifted and one not. Couldn't they could not believe the difference. We have converts to sifting. Try it you'll see the difference yourself. No large holes, slice the cake across the top and check the difference. They even said there was a difference in the taste as to the texture and flavor. Not may crumbs etc. Do the experiment your self if you are not a believer.
