I am making a cake this weekend it has I think IMBC (you cook sugar and water then drizzel in to Meringue, then put in the butter) And Fondant decor. I am also putting in the curved wires with little fondant balls on them. I know that I need to stick them in like a straw or something but then how do I keep them positioned where I want them and how do I cover the whole? Is it better to transport the cake with out the topper in it?
Hi, you also can use a posy pick to put your wired balls in. I always put a little bit of fondant in frist and then insert the wire. Hope yopu know what a posy pick is, if not here is a link.

I always transport the cakes with the cake topper on.
