I need to make these along with the Elmo cake for my sons 2nd birthday. His bday is Oct 9th but the party is Saturday Oct 11th. Anyone have a template on how to make the cupcakes fuzzy looking?

I would really appreciate it.

If you want them to look fuzzy you can use the grass tip. When I made mine I went the easy way out and dipped them in sprinkles. (They are in my pictures) It was so much easier than frosting a bunch of cupcakes. HTH.
