I have bee searching for very "square" ended alphabet cutters. I contacted Confetti Cakes of New York and they told me they use yellow cutters. I will show you the picture of the ones I thought I bought. Well I received them today and they are red and very bubbly rounded and soooo not what I ordered!

So I finally called them. They said that they cannot control the photos because they come from the manufacturer and it has nothing to do with them. They are allowed to change the product when they want per the distributor. I would have pay to ship it back and also charged a 15% restocking fee. He said he had no control over all this.

Never shop at

Has anyone seen these cutters??

Ok so after all the back and forth I have found out that of the $20 I spent I get $10.00 back. Also I have to pay to ship it back so a get a whopping $4.00 back.
I was going to dispute my CC for the money---On the website in there terms of use it says that if I file and win that they have the right to charge my card $50 for there time to credit it. The whole minute it takes to type in the number and hit credit.
I checked the BBB and finally found that they were rated a "D". My lesson learned.

Aw, man! So sorry you had to deal with that!! I think I have those yellow cutters & I'm trying to remember where I got them from.......

I'm thinking I got them with a 100 piece cutter set I got years ago (at a grocery store down south). But I think I saw something like that at Michael's recently. Do you have one nearby (or a WalMart) that you could check?

So I have just given up dealing with this guy. And what a coincidence that I am getting emails like crazy --We are talking over a spam 100 a day.

My last email was not mean but to the point. I blocked his email and told him not to contact me anymore.

He said his BBB report was "CRAP" How professional are they??

Same here. I bought mine at JCPenney but have seen them at other stores. I will check the brand when I get home this evening & let you know.
