I just made my third batch of MM fluff fondant. I've used 3 brands now and they were all slightly differrent. The last kind was "fluff" it was stiffer and easier to bring to the correct consistancy. The WalMart brand had a layer of yellow liquid on the bottom, eeyww! The Jet Puff was softer. Any sugguestions on what brands work best? Now that I know there is a differrence, I'm sure there is a fav that all the pros use. I thought there was a post about this before the crash, but I could not find it! I have made 150 of an order of 300 cookies, so it would be nice not to have any disasters.
