Hey, sorry, I know this sounds stupid, but I've just made two sponges ready to decorate for tomorrow (Its like 1am now) ..Anyways, I was wondering, would it be alright If I put the buttercream on it now too, and keep it in the fridge over night?
If your house is cool there really is no need to refridgerate. go ahead and ice. You'll be fine!Jibbies
