Hello,
I've been asked to do a Crown Cake for a colleague's father.
I intend to buy the Wilton Pan.
Can i please ask how much does this cake weigh? How much should I price this cake?
Or is there a way to do the crown cake without getting the pan?
Your help on this is greatly appreciated.

If you could be a little more specific, perhaps someone can help you.
Which crown pan? Wilton makes a tiara pan ...is this the one you mean?
That's a flat cake, not 3D. If that's the one, you could bake a large sheet cake and cut the crown/tiara out of it. If it's some other crown shaped pan, I have no idea, sorry.
