I need to do this cake tomorrow for a birthday party Saturday. I wanted to do something with mums for a fall theme so I scanned the faithful gallery here at CC. I can across these beautiful mums and PMed the poster but never got a response (as yet) I really need to know in a hurry what tip was used and what consistancy of BTC since I now have to make and decorate the cake all in one shot tomorrow. Any other tips and/or tricks would be appreciated!!

Here's the link to the cake:

Thanks in advance!!

i have pmd you about those flowers. i used tip 81, with buttercream and i make them the same way as taught in the wilton course 2, although imay have made these directly on the cake, cant remember now. you'll start off piping a layer of petals around the bottom then continue to layer the petals so they sit ontop of the other ones and start to stand upright as you fill it in to the middle.
