Tobas gloze is probably a recipe you can find on this site. just do a search in recipes for tobas glaze.
Toba Garrett's Glace' Icing is one of the two most popular cookie icings here on CC. The other being Antonia's. You will also see NFSC mentioned -- stands for No Fail Sugar Cookies.
