..please purchase a new box fan or other model from the home improvement store, dollar general, or walmart...for the love of joe, please don't use those nasty ones that have funk all over the blades...guess what..it blows all over your cake...and i think it's pretty much unanimous that clients don't like fuzzy cakes!!

i eavesdropped on some designers, and they were talking about confiscating the fan from their garage...ugh!!

i have a special fan that stays covered when in storage and only gets pulled out for my cakes/gumpaste. there is a sign i taped prominently on top that says:

"FOR CAKES ONLY! THOSE CAUGHT USING FOR ANYTHING ELSE WILL BE BAKED UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN"
