Hi there,
I'm not sure, but I think you could make it with the whisk attachment and then switch to regular beaters.
I tried this way of doing it and found it to be very easy. One of my friends calls it my magic icing!
It's 1, 2, 3 SMB
But towards the end she switches to a paddle attachment...and I don't have one..Quote by @%username% on %date%
