Sugarshack Buttercream... Storage Question???

I was just wondering, when stored in a sealed container in the fridge, how long is it okay to use?

Also...is there an easy way to turn it into chocolate buttercream?

I made her buttercream few months back and I kept it in the freezer. And I used that few weeks back and it was just fine. And you can keep it forever.

I haven't made the chocolate buttercream though.
