I considered this, but decided against it related to concerns about transporting the cake. From what I read about it (depending on the size you need) just use a sheet cake and cut it into thirds and work from there! What I ended up doing is using an edible image on the side of the cake and then making spongebob out of cake and sitting him on top. Good luck with your cake!!
