$15...say what?! Guess have to give that quick look but using the little piping bottles or bags/tips sounds like it may just be the way to go. Since I already have that stuff...prolly way too much of it :O) I'll use what I have.

I pm'd the person who left that comment about the $15 gun...no response yet. I am planning on getting some squirt bottles with superfine tips and practicing making parchment cones! So excited!!

I have that air pen also - I don't really use it, I think its too difficult to use with the sugar veil, BUT I think i'm going to try to use mine to make chocolate transfers.

I am VERY interested to see what kind of a "gun" they found for $15. I know that Michael's has a clay gun for @ 15 - but not this air pen.

PLEASE let me know what you find out!!!

Hooray! Yesterday when I got home from work my sugar veil kit was happily sitting on my front step! Too bad I had such a busy evening planned that I didn't get to watch the dvd or try anything out icon_cry.gif I'm almost tempted to fake some sort of illness so I can leave work early and play....mwah, ha, ha...that was my evil laugh icon_wink.gif

I bought squeeze bottles at Michael's today, and there were metal screw-on caps with varying degrees of fine points. Cool...so I made some royal icing to practice with. MUCH easier than trying to hold a piping bag with two hands at the correct angle and NOT drip icing onto areas you don't want, it's almost like "writing" with one hand...nice! Soooooo, this should work pretty nicely with that Sugarveil stuff.
