I'm looking at purchasing Nick Malgieri's Perfect Cakes and Chocolate: From Simple Cookies to Extravagant Showstoppers boos. Does anyone else have these and share some feedback on them?

Will I maybe bias but we used his recipes for school because he designed the program for pastry and we received his book Perfect Cakes for graduation. He makes good recipes. icon_smile.gif
