I offer 3 flavors of cake, my buttercream and a sample of the fondant. I use cupcakes for my tastings. Most brides go for the traditional yellow, chocolate, vanilla, or WASC. I usually keep these fozen in the freezer just for these purposes.
I do not offer more than 3 flavors of cake nor do I charge for my consultations.
