How Do I Make A Gift Box Cake??? (Or A Shopping Bag)

I have a question and would love some help......I really want to make a gift box cake or a shopping bag cake I love those cake and I need to start getting more practice on everything...so I want to try to make one or the other really both (just for the house) can someone please tell me how to make one (or both) I really would be grateful! Thank you so much!!

This is a link to a topic on what tutorials people would want, I think its on about page 5 by cake_princess she tells how she does a box cake.
There are a couple others listed on the link also, I am hoping alot more show up. There are alot of helpful people on this site, I put it in my watched topics hoping to learn alot from it!!
