I am doing a large birthday cake in a couple of weeks and want to use WASC recipe. I do plan on using the almond flavor, but stumped as to what filling to use. The past two cakes (which were lemon) I made had either strawberry or blueberry fillings, and it is for the same group of folks, so want a different filling. Unfortunately I cannot find the old threads addressing this. Any ideas bakers?
