A tiny bit of piping gel on the dragee will do the trick!

I always stick them with a bit of Royal Icing. Works everytime.

I just put them on before the icing crusts.

I use a #2 tip and use a small dot of icing to attach them, if the icing has crusted already. And tweezers ....get a good pair of tweezers!
