I'm making a tres leches cake and the recipe calls for a 9x13 pan but I don't have that size. What size round pan could I subsitute with? Thanks!
a 9x13 is supposed to take 7 cups of batter, so you could use a 10" round (6 cups) or a 12" round (7 1/2 cups) OR a 10" square (6 cups)sorry I couldn't be more help!
Thank you I was thinking about the 10' pan but wasn't sure. I'm always so paranoid when I make something new.
No problem, good luck!
