icon_surprised.gificon_surprised.gif Please put on your sunglasses before using icon_cool.gificon_cool.gificon_lol.gif

I received my dusts today and boy, let me tell you, I was completely taken back by the sparkle that they give. icon_surprised.gif... they put my other dusts to shame icon_wink.gif

The pros for CC Dusts: icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

The sparkle and shine
The compact jars
The easiness in opening
The fast shipping
The cost

The cons against CC:

No Disco Dust/Pixie Dusts icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

Please, please, please hurry and stock them thumbs_up.gif

I have pictures to let you see for yourself the sparkle and the convenient compact jars with screw off lids.

Sorry I couldn't show you how they look painted...I can't paint icon_cry.gif

I used MMF squares for the demo.

Click on the picture and it will give you a much larger view with the name and color.

Holy crow!! icon_surprised.gificon_surprised.gif Those are sparkley!! Are those the luster or sparkle dusts? Just from the pictures they seem as though they may actually be close to the sparkle of disco dusts (or do you just take excellent pics? icon_wink.gificon_lol.gif ) Okay, I really have to get my but in gear and start placing orders!

Stephanie,
Can you tell me all the varieties in which to use the luster dust? I mean do you mainly just use to sprinkle on the buttercream or paint on to fondant? Thanks.

See the link I just posted above, but this also has great info: http://forum.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-54059.html

But luster dusts can be brushed on dry on fondant or gumpaste or painted on those as well as BC.

Forgot to tell you that I only used a little bit on each square for demo...can you imagine using the regular amount to dust, paint or air brush icon_cool.gificon_cool.gif

Does anyone know when the americolors will be in........being that I'm from Canada I would love to order the dust's but don't want to pay shipping on both the dusts and colors, I would like to pay just one shipping cost and I'm worried by the time the americolors come in I'll miss the great sale and stock on dust's.......... icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

Americolor won't be in for a few weeks, so if you want your dusts you should get them now, they are selling really fast and I don't know how fast we will be able to restock them.
