I have used it and continue to use it. It has a really nice flavor to it. It has some citrus undertones to it as well. Some folks are really big fans.. others not so much. If you open it up and sniff it you will find it tastes just like it smells. I have used it in my cakes, cupcakes, cookies, frostings, fillings.. just about anything you like really. You do have to know that according to the bottle it takes more in items that are not being baked. I think it is because there are oils in it that don't release without the heat. Dunno
But I really like it.
In fact I have customers that routinely ask for the princess vanilla cake
