I would love to find an exceptional recipe for chocolate buttercream . Do you have a KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF recipe, that will go well with chocolate cake with a peanutbutter filling???? It would be greatly appreciated..

If you're looking for a non crusting buttercream, I think this one is fabulous. You don't have to use the exact chocolates described in the recipe. I use some semisweet and some milk according to how "dark" I want the flavor.

I add melted chocolate chips and cocoa powder....

To regular buttercream add cocoa, melted chocolate, AND ganacheicon_smile.gif
